WHO AM I

I, am Parisdi,  Thirty first years old, was graduate from senior high school in central of Lombok

Since a kid’s an adventure was my hobby, my house is located in central of Lombok, exactly it’s about five kilo meters from Kuta, very corner place, quit and comfortable. And my place is very close to Tanjung aan Beach. Our hood living as a farmer and fisherman. And very hard life so far. When I graduated from senior high school and that time my parent life was very difficult, until I decided to have and adventure to find out the job in other island. Firstly I tried to look  for the job in Bali but that time was very upset because very difficult to find  out the job and it is affected of tragedy in Bali exactly boms in Jimbaran.

            I stay for two weeks in Bali then continue my journey to Batam. For two days I was on the ship and was very fantastic journey, from that time I was thinking that life is not easy as we think if we want to be success man. In Batam  I met my Friend who work in one of Hotel. The name of the Hotel is Purajaya Hotel. He worked in Bali Before he came to Batam. But that time I did not  have Hotel back ground because just graduated from senior high school and the Hotel did not accept me to work there. I decided to work any kind of  job as long as I could save my life at the moment, that was my thinking. I tried to approach one of my neighbor, she is beautifull quit, she was working  in one of Company. The name of that company was  ROYCE INTERPRICE. CO. LTD. I had no choice to safe my life that time and I made special relation with her. Short story she brought me to her company that she worked. Fortunately I brought that time my certificate then I made all application letter and my resume to apply for jobs in that company. the company was  accepted  me to work in the Department as engineering technician helper. I did everything in Engineering department such as Service Generator, Electric control panel, Reparation the factory machine, etc.

            I worked in Batam for one year starting from  2003 until 2004 then I resigned.  I tried to apply in abroad exactly in Malaysia in one of Villas. Fortunately my application was accepted. I worked in Malaysia as a multi function in villas such as gardener, clean the room, and security also. And I stay there from 2004 until 2005. And after that I decided to came back home and met my family. I  stay only for  one month in Lombok. In Lombok was very difficult to find out the job. In 2005 one of Agency in Jakarta was offering me to work in Saudi Arabia as a waiter in one of Indonesian Restaurant. In Saudi Arabia as we know that the character of the people is hard, the weather also when the summer is very hot but I had to stay that time to work for my future.  Short story I worked in Saudi Arabia for one year and a half. I came back home on June 2006 with disappointed  result because it was small salary. That is why I worked only for one year and a half.

I stay in Lombok for two weeks and lived to Bali then apply in Goodway hotel. I worked in goodway  Hotel in Nusa Dua exactly in Taman mumbul Ungasan ( the name of the place )  as Room Boy for six months and move to work in goodys  café in Seminyak as a waiter for Six Months also. In 2007 one  of Agency in Bali would like me to apply job in one of Hotel in Qatar, and the agency was processing my Visa immediately. Short story When I arrived in Qatar I was alone Indonesian staff over there and was very lonely. I tried to adaptation with staff from Myanmar, Pilipinos, Indians, Nageria, Gana, and other country. I was starting my Job as staff in public area. But I always take a principle  that there is will there is away. Until I work base on my job namely Room boy. And I learn how to deal with the guest, how to approach some one from foreigner, and step by step I know the characteristic of  the staff  from other country. In Hotel I met with very nice guest until he offering me to continue my study. That time I told him that  I really want to continue my study and he allowed me and promise to pay my tuition fee. From that time I decided to continue my study until I  resigned and came back home. I worked in Qatar as Room boy in Regency Hotel for two years from 2007 until 2009.

On may 2009 I started my study in AKPAR MATARAM until now. During my study I always active in campus. It is  like joining in every other University's seminar, follow the role and regulation of campus, joint to promote Visit Lombok Sumbawa 2012 etc. I was organize BEM ( Badan Excutive Mahasiswa ) also. I get many advantage from every organization that I followed such as  knowledge, experience to deal with the people, to know the character each other, share solving in every problem and many others. And for now I optimize that I can do in every person doing. I always think about my parents expectation to see me some day success. I will never forgive up as long as I able to do, and there is no difficult thing if we want it to do. Event some time we are as a normal person do feel stress, but I do believe that Chalenging is opportunity. And for this chance I would like to try to joint student exchange for improve my capability in English knowledge and to find out best feature.
